Silvia Santacruz, Realtor  

Silvia is the operations and marketing coordinator for Phyllis Doonan & Associates and is also a licensed real estate agent. Silvia graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics and is knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate business. She ensures that every deal is followed up on from the initial listing or buyer agency to the close. Silvia takes customer service seriously and is a great asset to Phyllis Doonan & Associates.
 

Denise Doonan, Realtor 

Denise grew up in the real estate business, but officially has been licensed for 15 years and full-time since 1997. Denise graduated from Fairfield University in 1997 with a degree in Economics and minors in Biology & Psychology. She has worked in every aspect of the business from detailed marketing to helping both buyers and renters find real estate to suit their changing needs. Today, Denise is the operations manager for Phyllis Doonan & Associates and prides herself in running a “unique environment in which top agents succeed and our clients are our number one priority”. Denise helps facilitate training in the office and keeps the office posted on economic and market changes affecting our clients. 

Olwyn Fagan 

Olwyn was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She worked for many years with the Bank of Ireland in their marketing and mergers and acquisitions depts. She came to live in USA with her husband and young daughter in January, 2000. They lived in Popmano Beach, Florida, then Norwalk, CT and now her family of 4 live in North Stamford.

Olwyn specially enjoys working with first time buyers and people who are new to the area. She prides herself on seeing her clients satisfied and content with the high level of dedication and commitment she gives them.
 

Petia Tzenova 

A native of Bulgaria, Petia joined Phyllis Doonan & Associates nearly 3 years ago. She has a great way of working with buyers and sellers and is fluent in both Bulgarian & Russian! Petia is a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Mid Fairfield Board of Realtors plus the Connecticut and the National Association of Realtors! 

Valerie McNeil 

Valerie is a native of Stamford and enjoys working with buyers, renters and also home sellers in achieving their goals! She is a member of the Faith Tabernacle M.B church plus Scholarship and Finance Committee and is also a volunteer at Family Day at the Yerwood Center in Stamford.
